We guarantee that all fresh flowers purchased from our shop will last for a minimum of 5 days from the date of purchase, provided our care instructions are followed.

• Proof of purchase
• A photograph of the flowers
• Confirmation that care advice was followed

We will happily offer, at our discretion:

• A replacement of the affected flowers
• A credit note
